New Sydney based bakehouse FOLK celebrates what makes the world and the people who live in it different and unique. With a passion and appetite for enjoying good food with good folk, you’ll find warmth and bliss when you walk through their doors.
The Brief.
To create an identity for the new bakehouse that embodies their ethos of diversity, community and joy.
Scope.
Identity / Branding / Illustration / Tone of Voice
Creating a Tone of Voice was fundamental in representing what FOLK is all about. Generating conversation amongst the design creates a playful and relaxed tone, paying attention to FOLK’s passion to be a welcoming brand for all, breaking down the barrier between the consumer and brand.
Visually - a bold and bright illustration style was chosen to represent the fun
and friendly nature of the brand.
To represent the blending and celebration of diversity amongst the brand - utilising the universal greeting “hello” throughout print collateral represents the community at FOLK and their desire to continue to
grow their family.
